When Social Media Feels Like Pressure...

Soul Notes from Divya

Hey dear friends,

Today I want to talk about something very personal

Lately, I’ve been feeling… overwhelmed. Stuck.
I am a content creator in the field of wellness and emotional healing
And something I love, something I feel deeply aligned with
But recently, the pressure of social media trends and algorithms started creeping in

Keeping up with the “latest,” delivering what’s “expected,” following what others in my zone are doing…
It never fully occurred to me before, but now I feel it pulling me away from my creative flow.

Honestly, it feels like becoming just another content churner.
And that version of myself? I don’t appreciate it.

So today, I choose differently. I create what I want to share… raw, messy, and unfiltered
That choice fills me with real satisfaction

Yes, I’m also working on a structure to support this flow so my message reaches more hearts… but even that brings a quiet fear
What if I fall behind or miss the mark?

And today, I’m inviting you… Let’s share the pressure.
What part of the social media storm feels heavy for you right now?

Reflection Question: When was the last time you created something purely for yourself — without caring about trends or algorithms?

What did it feel like?

Gentle Movement Practice:

Next time you feel that stagnant, heavy pressure creeping in…
Go for a simple 10-minute walk.

Let each step release tension from your body, ground you in the present, and fuel your mind with fresh energy. Breathe deeply as you walk.

With every exhale, imagine the pressure dissolving.
With every inhale, draw in clarity.

💌 My dear friends, let’s not let social media steal our joy or creativity
Let’s hold space for our unique rhythm, our own voice

If this feels like a conversation you want to continue… Reply to this letter or send me a message.
I would love to hear how you’re navigating your creative flow.

With love, messy freedom, and gentle steps
Divya
