Dear Readers

No gyan today
No long plans or perfect set-ups

Just a Sunday that showed up with its own script, and I said yes.

I woke up slowly (because Sundays demand it), lit my lamp, and sat for meditation.

What I thought I’d do was replaced by something spontaneous, a shift in breath, a different focus, and suddenly, there was a surge of energy wrapped in calm.

Yesterday, my heart project VANI launched 💗 

The response? Not fireworks… but warm embers- steady, glowing, full of kindness.

By evening, the rain came

I stepped out, played in puddles, shot random videos (blurry light, off angles, and me laughing like a child).

Then I ran — rain + run = pure magic.

In that messy light, imperfect framing, and dripping hair… I was perfect.

My smile and the sparkle in my eyes were the real picture.

Nothing was planned. Everything was alive.

One step at a time.

Let’s see where it goes.

And it went beautifully.

I remembered a Hindi prayer that’s been with me for years:

“Poora path jaan sakoon aisi koi chahat nahi, bas agla kadam prakashit karte rehna tum.”

(I don’t wish to know the whole path, just keep lighting my next step.)

That’s exactly what the day felt like, letting life light the step I’m on, and trusting the rest.
