If today were my last day....

A love letter to life, presence, and the soul’s wild aliveness

Dear Soul Travelers,

What if today were your last day, and you were fully awake?

Not just breathing, but truly alive in every cell?

This question found me recently…
And what poured out from my heart is something I want to share with you

If today were my last day of life,
I would be thankful for every breath
By living it as a sacred celebration

Through asanas, meditation, singing, dancing, laughing, and crying
I would express my reverence to this body,
To each emotion I was born with,
To every thought I ever had

I would look at every person around me,
And see not their name, story, or role
But their soul.

Each one, my teacher, partner, challenger, or mirror
Who helped me inch closer to my greatest self

I would live in total presence,
As if the present moment is where eternity hides.

And most importantly,
I would never let my inner wilderness be tamed.

I would radiate every single breath, every single heartbeat
Not out of urgency, but because life itself deserves to be lit up.

A Reflection For You:

Dear reader, what would shift in your day if you knew it was your last?
And you had the power to be fully awake?

Would you love more freely?
Speak more truthfully?
Forgive more quickly?
Dance more wildly?

You don’t have to wait

You can choose presence and radiance today

Because the soul doesn’t count hours
It counts aliveness
