The Birth of VANI
Dear Reader,
Sometimes, offerings come not from long planning but from a spark, intuitive, raw, and deeply alive.
One fine day, while I was behind the wheel,
yes, I'm a cabbie in my free time when I’m not holding space in wellness work, I saw something that shifted me.
It wasn’t a dramatic moment.
It was the simple, everyday reality of women sitting in the passenger seat of life.
Women consumed by responsibilities, expectations, identities—
often forget they even …exist…
They enter my car thinking it’s just another ride,
and suddenly, they’re in a space they didn’t know they needed.
They begin to speak…
They share what hurts, what heals, and what’s never been said before.
We laugh
Sometimes we cry
But mostly, we reclaim presence
And in those countless rides, I asked myself:
What if women could start owning their space?
What if they had ways to channel their energies and meet themselves daily—
not just in pain, but in joy, strength, voice?
That’s when VANI was born
A program shaped by my own lived experiences
A circular journey of voice, breath, movement, memory, and reclamation
Not linear, not goal-bound,
but soul-bound.
Awareness, when given a channel, becomes beauty
And beauty, when rooted in truth, becomes power
This is VANI
A journey to:
Reconnect with your inner voice
Speak from clarity and courage
Feel your body as sacred, not silenced
Practice everyday rituals of voice, grounding, and release
VANI is not just a course, it is a call
For every woman who forgot she had something to say
For every girl inside who was told not to speak too loudly
For every version of you who longs to be heard… by you first

And until we meet again
Take this with you:
When you speak, speak from your belly
When you breathe, breathe with your back
When you walk, let your hips remember who they are
When you listen, include yourself
And if you're reading this, know this too:
Your voice is needed.
With love, breath, and voice,
Divya
